JRD CE DDS series are state-of-the-art Up Stroke, Double Station, Double Daylight, Compression moulding machines (15-150 tonne) providing versatility and performance with economy. The common hydraulic system in the middle, operates the twin stations with two daylights.

 Besides moulding rubber, plastic, composites they can be used for wide variety of functions as bonding, laminating, assembling etc. These presses are based on advance U.S. designs, offering customers sturdy machines with zero deflection capable of precision moulding.

Our Presses provide uniform and constant curing pressure, an essential requisite for accurate moulding. This is achieved through the advancen energy efficient hydraulic system provided on the machines. The design of these machines allow you to mould with the two mould halves fixed on the heated platens. The machine opening will facilitate the mould opening thus eliminating the need to take out the moulds out of the press each time. This also eliminates the heat loss problem when moulds are brought out in each cycle.
 
JRD twin station presses with double daylight are fitted with user friendly & reliable controls based on PLC & MMI. This provides sequential operation control of both stations. The automatic degassing (0-99 times), pressing & degassing times are independently set and adjustable. The distance of mould opening for degassing can also be freely set.
